New Wall Sculptures Collection: The Art Of Flow
Life has a way of throwing us into unexpected currents — some gentle, others relentless.
The Art of Flow Collection is a reflection of that journey, shaped by resilience, adaptation, and the hope that carries us forward. These sculptural pieces, with their organic curves and flowing forms, tell a story of perseverance, transformation, and ultimately, hope.
This collection comes from a deeply personal place. My journey to having my second daughter was long and uncertain — years of infertility struggles and an emotional IVF process tested my strength in ways I never imagined. At the same time, my heart remains heavy for my home, Ukraine, as it endures the fourth year of an unprovoked and devastating war. Both experiences have shown me what it means to keep moving forward, even when the path is uncertain, even when the weight of grief and longing is overwhelming.
The ribbons of clay twist and curve, sometimes folding in on themselves, just as life’s hardships shape and reshape us. The liquid gold edging is not just an aesthetic choice but a metaphor for how pain, when embraced and acknowledged, can lead to something beautiful. Inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi — where broken pottery is mended with gold — these sculptures celebrate resilience, the ability to find grace in imperfection, and the power of transformation.
The Art of Flow Collection is about finding grace in life’s unpredictability. It’s for anyone who has faced obstacles but kept going, who has adapted, grown, and come out on the other side with a new appreciation for the journey. Because in the end, even the roughest waters can lead us somewhere extraordinary.
Artfully Yours,
Aly
